時(shí)隔八年 中國(guó)女排逆襲戰(zhàn)勝東道主巴西

　　The Chinese women’s volleyball team defeated their Olympic hosts and defending champions, the Brazilian team, with a score of 3:2 on Aug. 16. This victory means that the Chinese team will enter the volleyball semi-finals.

　　8月16日，中國(guó)女排以3:2的比分打敗了東道主、衛(wèi)冕冠軍巴西隊(duì)。這次勝利意味著中國(guó)女排晉級(jí)半決賽。

　　After the match, setter Wei Qiuyue confirmed that the team had performed its very best,and proudly persevered even when things weren’t going smoothly. Wei believes this is the team’s biggest achievement so far in the Rio Olympics. Looking ahead to the semifinal and final, today’s match is invaluable as far as bolstering confidence and cultivating the younger athletes, Wei expressed.

　　賽后，二傳魏秋月堅(jiān)信球隊(duì)已經(jīng)是超常發(fā)揮，在事事不順的情況下傲然堅(jiān)持了下來。魏秋月認(rèn)為這是中國(guó)女排目前為止在里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)上取得的最大成就。展望半決賽和決賽，今天的比賽對(duì)于提升信心和培養(yǎng)年輕隊(duì)員的作用是不可估量的。

　　"Although we didn’t perform well in the first set, we still kept calm and fought for every point. We competed with our opponents without focusing too much on the results," Wei explained. As for the semifinal, she emphasized that they will remain calm and simply do their best in the coming matches.

　　“雖然我們首局表現(xiàn)的不是很好，但我們依然保持冷靜，爭(zhēng)取拿下每一分。我們與對(duì)手競(jìng)賽，并沒有太關(guān)注結(jié)果。”魏秋月解釋道。至于半決賽，她強(qiáng)調(diào)她們?cè)诮酉聛淼馁愂律?，依然?huì)保持冷靜，簡(jiǎn)單地發(fā)揮出自己最好的水準(zhǔn)。

　　Ding Xia, setter in the starting line-up, said that they consider this match their last training lesson in the Rio Olympics.

　　首發(fā)陣容的二傳手丁霞說她們把這場(chǎng)比賽當(dāng)做是奧運(yùn)會(huì)上的最后一場(chǎng)。

　　"For the older players like Xu Yunli, they may not have chance to participate in the next Olympic Games. We don’t want to have any regrets. We really came together as a team today," Ding said, crediting their collective success to each one of the 12 players.

　　“像徐云麗這樣的老球員，可能沒有機(jī)會(huì)參加下一屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)了。我們不想留下任何遺憾。今天我們真正地凝聚成一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。”丁霞說，將這次集體的成就歸功于12位隊(duì)友。

　　Ding explained that cheers from the Brazilian audience impacted them at first.

　　丁霞解釋一開始巴西觀眾的歡呼聲影響了她們的發(fā)揮。

　　"I think concentration is important. Substituting for a back-line player, I became so focused that I tuned out the audience’s cheers."

　　“我覺得專注力很重要。作為一名后排替補(bǔ)，我專注到無視觀眾的歡呼。”

　　Captain Hui Ruoqi said that the significance of this match should not be underestimated.

　　隊(duì)長(zhǎng)惠若琪則表示這場(chǎng)比賽的意義不可低估。

　　"Although today’s match was a real challenge, we found success by joining together," Hui said. " Actually, we were blundering in the first set, feeling pressured by the Brazilians.Later we began to concentrate on ourselves. For the coming matches, we will do our utmost to stay competitive."

　　“盡管今天的比賽確實(shí)是個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，但我們團(tuán)結(jié)一致取得了成功。”惠若琪說。“實(shí)際上，我們第一局犯了錯(cuò)誤，感覺到巴西隊(duì)帶來的壓力。后來我們開始專注于自身的發(fā)揮。接下來的比賽，我們會(huì)竭盡全力來保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”

　　Head Coach Lang Ping seconded Ding’s sentiment that the team didn’t want to have any regrets about their performance.

　　總教練郎平附議丁霞的觀點(diǎn)，女排不想在表現(xiàn)上留下半點(diǎn)遺憾。

　　"Thanks to every player, we have truly redeemed ourselves," Lang said.

　　“非常感謝每一位隊(duì)員，我們終于補(bǔ)救成功了。”郎平說。
