Success to me is meeting,and as often as possible,even exceeding my potential.

對(duì)我而言，成功是盡量發(fā)揮自己的潛力，甚至去超越它。

It is being a successful and ethical leader of people,

成功是成為一位有成就，有道德的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，

and ultimatyly I hope it’s rising to the position where the success of failure of a company sits on my shoulders-in other words,

并且我希望最終的成功是能夠一肩扛起整個(gè)公司的成敗。換言之，

one day I hope and aim to be a CEO.

我希望有一天能夠當(dāng)上首席執(zhí)行官。

That's within my potential,

我認(rèn)為自己有這個(gè)潛力。

I believe,and I won’t be satisfied until I reach that position and then excceed the expectations of those who elevated me to that post.

在未升到這個(gè)職位，并超越一路提拔我的人對(duì)我的期待之前，我是不會(huì)滿(mǎn)足的。
