　　你愿意以實(shí)習(xí)生的身份開(kāi)始工作嗎?

　　I've had three years of experience as a trader.

　　我有三年從事貿(mào)易行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

　　I understand that I'll need to learn the specific methods employed by this company,but I believe I have enough knowledge and experience to do the job.

　　我了解貴公司有自己的工作方法，并且我也有學(xué)習(xí)的必要，但是我相信我已經(jīng)擁有足夠的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)做這份工作。

　　Since I would be able to produce right away,I believe working as a trainee would be wasting the company's resources and wouldn't be in its best interests.

　　既然我可以立刻對(duì)公司做出貢獻(xiàn)，如果我以實(shí)習(xí)生的身份工作的話將會(huì)浪費(fèi)公司資源，對(duì)公司而言并不利。

　　In one's best interests 對(duì)…最有利

　　如果是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的話，當(dāng)然只能回答“Yes”。如果已經(jīng)有在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不想以實(shí)習(xí)生的身份開(kāi)始工作的話，可以從公司利益的角度，向面試官說(shuō)明這樣子做對(duì)公司而言并不是上策。
