Getting promoted is the most powerful drive to work. To be honest, the main purpose of doing jobs is to earn money for life. For most people, getting promoted means a pay raise, which enables them to live a better life.

升職是工作最大的動(dòng)力。誠(chéng)實(shí)地說(shuō)，工作的目的在于賺錢養(yǎng)家糊口。對(duì)于大多人來(lái)說(shuō)，升職意味著加薪，加薪會(huì)使他們生活得更好。

When you are promoted to a high level in the company, you will have more power in making decisions in your job. Getting a promotion also means that you will gain more respect and attention from the whole society. Taking all these into consideration(考慮), getting promoted is the most powerful drive for people to work hard.

當(dāng)你在公司得到晉升后，就會(huì)在工作中獲得更大的決定權(quán)。同時(shí)，升職也能夠?yàn)槟阍谏鐣?huì)中贏得更多的尊重和關(guān)注。綜上考慮，我認(rèn)為升職是一個(gè)人努力工作最大的動(dòng)力。

As a young man , finding a sense of fulfillment in his career life is the most important thing. Everyone wants to make his life meaningful. Work becomes an effective way for ordinary people to achieve their goals, which could put a sense of fulfillment into their life.

作為年輕人，尋找成就感是其職業(yè)生涯中最重要的事情。每個(gè)人都希望使自己的生活變得有意義。工作能給人們帶來(lái)成就感，因而成為了普通人實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的一種有效方式。

I think the biggest drive for people to work hard is that his effort can be valued and respected by other people. Without recognition(認(rèn)可), one will feel his work is nothing important and then lose his enthusiasm for hard working. In this sense, to realize one's personal value is the most important, not the salary.

我認(rèn)為一個(gè)人努力工作最大的動(dòng)力就是得到他人的認(rèn)可和尊重。如果得不到相應(yīng)的認(rèn)可，這個(gè)人就會(huì)覺得工作毫無(wú)意義，然后逐漸失去斗志。這樣說(shuō)來(lái)，最重要的是實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人份值而并非薪水。
