At present, many teenagers smoke. I don't think it's a good phenomenon. It must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First,smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, it's so difficult to giveup, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies will feel sick.

首先，吸煙對我們的健康有害。我們一開始吸煙，就很難戒掉，因?yàn)闊煵莺幸环N叫尼古丁的藥物，它能讓我們養(yǎng)成吸煙的習(xí)慣。當(dāng)我們體內(nèi)沒有尼古丁時(shí)，我們就會(huì)感到惡心。

Second,smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill ourselves as well asburn down our houses, for burning cigarette ends may cause a big fire. And if we threw the cigarette ends anywhere, it would also cause a fire disaster.

第二，吸煙是危險(xiǎn)的。我們在床上吸煙的時(shí)候，我們可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致自殺或者燒毀房子，殺死自己，因?yàn)槿紵臒燁^可能引起火災(zāi)。如果我們把煙頭丟在任何地方都有可能會(huì)引起火災(zāi)。

Furthermore,once we smoke in public, we may make other people feel uncomfortable as well.

Accordingly,for the sake of your and others’ health, please don't smoke.
