With the occurrence of many incidents caused by mental problem, student’s mental health has been brought to public focus now. How to improve student’s mental health? As far as I am concerned, it is necessary for each school to set up a mental guide room made up of psychological experts.

由于心理問(wèn)題引發(fā)了許多事件，現(xiàn)在學(xué)生的心理健康狀況引起了公眾的關(guān)注。如何提高學(xué)生的心理健康？就我而言，每個(gè)學(xué)校設(shè)立由心理專(zhuān)家組成的心理輔導(dǎo)室是很有必要的。

There are reasons accounting for my view. For one thing, the mental guide room can offer some methods or advices for all students to release their pressure, puzzle, frustration and other emotions at ordinary times. That would be helpful to decrease student’s pressure and adjust their mood. For another, the room is conducive for the experts to communicate with those students who are suffering from psychological problems in time and give some advice or methods to help them. If the experts of the room can make some quizzes on regular basis, those students suffering from mental disturbance would be noticed as soon as possible.

有很多理由來(lái)支持我的觀點(diǎn)。一方面，心理輔導(dǎo)室可以為所有的學(xué)生提供減壓方法，或提供了提供解決難題的建議，緩解平時(shí)沮喪等情緒。這將有助于降低學(xué)生的壓力，調(diào)節(jié)自己的情緒。另外，輔導(dǎo)室有利于專(zhuān)家及時(shí)與那些有心理問(wèn)題的學(xué)生交流，給他們一些建議或方法來(lái)幫助他們。如果輔導(dǎo)室的專(zhuān)家可以定期做一些測(cè)驗(yàn)，可以很快的意識(shí)到那些有心理問(wèn)題的學(xué)生。

Taking above reasons into account, we can reach a conclusion that a mental guide room is beneficial of improving student’s mental health. Meantime, I remind that those who are suffering from mental problem should not be informed publicly in order to protect them from public pressure.

考慮到上述的問(wèn)題，我們可以得出這樣的結(jié)論，心理輔導(dǎo)室對(duì)于提高學(xué)生的心理健康是有益的。同時(shí)，我要提醒一下，不要公開(kāi)那些有心理問(wèn)題的學(xué)生來(lái)保護(hù)他們受到輿論的壓力。
