25 years old. Don't worry! Any mistake is income, it`s a wonderful revenue for you.So I told myself, I told my young people.

25歲，別擔心！任何錯誤都會有所得，對你來說都是不錯的收益。

Before 20 years old, be a good student. We do entrepreneur just learn some experience. before 30 years old. Follow somebody, go to a small company.

20歲以前，做個好學生，創(chuàng)業(yè)的時候積累一些經(jīng)驗。30歲以前，跟別人去一個小公司。

Normally a big company is good to learn processing. You're a part of a big machine. But when we go to small company, you learned passion, you learned dreams.

通常在大公司適合學習過程。你就是機器的一個小零件。當我們?nèi)ヒ粋€小公司的時候，你可以學習到激情和夢想。

You learn how to do a lot of things when one time. So before 30 years old, it's not which company you go. It's which boss you follow is very important and good boss teach you differently.

你學習如何在一段時間內(nèi)做更多的事情。因此，30歲以前，不是你去哪家公司，而是你跟隨哪個老板很重要并且好的老板交給你的也不一樣。

And before foot from 30 to 40 years old, you have to think very clearly. Were you working for yourself? If you really wanna be entrepreneur.

30歲到40歲之間，你要想清楚，你是要為自己工作？你是否想成為企業(yè)家。

when you're 40 to 50 years old, you have to do all the things that you're good at. Don't try to drop into the new area. It's too late. You may be successful, but the rate of dying is too big. So 40 to 50. Think about how can focus on things that you're good at.

當你在40到50歲的時候，你必須做你擅長的事情。不要嘗試進入新的領(lǐng)域。太晚了。你可能會成功，但創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗的速度太快了。所以40到50歲。想想如何能集中精力做你擅長的事情。

But when you're 50 to 60 years old, work for the young people. Because young people can do better than you.

但是當你50到60歲的時候，為年輕人工作。因為年輕人可以比你做得更好。

So rely on them, invest on them, making sure they're good. So when you're over 60 years old, spend time for yourself ,on the beach. Sunshine is to wait for the change normally.

所以要依靠他們，投資他們，確保他們是優(yōu)秀的。當你超過60歲時，給自己花點時間，正常情況是躺在沙灘上曬太陽。

But this is my advice to the young people, 25 years old, make enough mistakes. Don't worry, you fall, you stand up!

這是我給年輕人的建議，25歲，盡可能多的去嘗試，犯錯誤。不要怕，跌倒了，大不了再爬起來！
