忙碌的菲利普斯最喜歡的健身教練不相信“作弊餐”
Fitness guru Lauren Kleban eats whatever she wants, whenever she wants.

Chatting with Page Six on Wednesday, the founder of fitness method Lekfit, a workout that counts Busy Philipps as a “die-hard fan,” told us she doesn’t put any restrictions on her diet.

“I don’t believe in cheat meals … I try to stay clean when I can and get all my nutrients, but there’s nothing off-limits,” she said. “If it looks good, smells good, [and] I’m craving it, I’m going to eat it.”

Philipps, whose Instagram feed and stories are filled with Lekfit’s workouts, showed up for Kleban’s second class of the morning sporting a pink ponytail.

“She’s like the perfect one,” Kleban said of the former “Freaks and Geeks” actress being an example in the celebrity fitness world.

“Using celebrities as motivation is great,” she added. “They’re showing daily work, they’re proving that it’s a daily commitment.”

But for someone who may not be sweating every day with an A-list status trainer, Kleban says to take it one minute at a time.

“Start slow and just be gentle and be kind and nice to your body,” she said. “Do 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 30 minutes and all the sudden you’ll be at an hour.”
