As a response, officials of Tmall explained that the hoodies were bought by another company named Cainiao Network Technology Co. Ltd. for its staffs, not for Tmall staffs. Cainiao's buyers had no idea that the hoodies they bought are pirated. They've already collected all the pirate hoodies back and sealed them. And they apologized to the designer in public.
