在美國流浪街頭越來越難了。據(jù)赫芬頓郵報報道，美國多個城市出臺新規(guī)，規(guī)定流浪街頭為犯罪行為。一項報告調(diào)查了187座美國城市之后得出結(jié)論稱，自2009年以來，全美限制流浪，乞討，在公共場合坐下和躺下的法律越來越多。

According to a new report by the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty, citywide bans on things that homeless people need to do to survive are on the rise.
