Fish contain omega-3 oils.These thin the blood, which improves your circulation and keeps you warmer. 魚肉含有N-3多不飽和脂肪酸 能稀釋血液 加快血液循環(huán) 達(dá)到保暖目的

Pretty dark to see this, but what I've got is just a bit of stick with some line on the end from the middle of the paracord, 天色變暗 看不清了 但是我拿著 一小節(jié)樹枝 一端栓有降落傘上的細(xì)繩

and on the end of that,I've got this little bit of wire from the cabin. 繩子上系著 從小木屋里找到的一小段金屬絲

And then onto the end of that, I need to make a throat gorge and just break off a bit of twig. 最后 我需要制作 一個魚鉤

The fish takes the bait and then this bit of stick gets stuck in its throat. 當(dāng)魚兒吃食時 這根小刺就會卡住它的喉嚨

And just put a little bit of the reindeer meat onto that and that, then, is good to drop into the hole. 鉤上一小塊鹿肉 然后就能將之放入湖水中了

It's the same principle as lantern-fishing in the Far East. 這和遠(yuǎn)東的釣魚燈原理相同

Hopefully, the fish will see the glow through the cleared ice 希望在我熟睡之時

and come to the bait while I try and get some sleep. 魚兒能看到冰折射的亮光 趕來吃食
