替上司編制出差行程表是秘書的一項(xiàng)日常工作。編制行程表時(shí)應(yīng)事先搜集好一切相關(guān)資料,包括出差日期、交通工具、住宿情況、會(huì)晤安排等等。然后根據(jù)相關(guān)信息將安排以比較直觀的形式反映出來。最后將安排好的行程提交上司審閱,并征求對(duì)方的意見,以求做到?jīng)]有紕漏。

pick up的意思究竟有多少?

to take up (something) by hand拿起:用手拿起(某物):pick up a book撿起一本書

to collect or gather:收集或聚集:He picked up the broken pieces of glass.他拾起玻璃碎片。

to tidy up:整理,收拾:Let's pick up the living room.我們收拾一下臥室吧。

to take on (passengers or freight, for example):承載(客人,貨物等):The bus picks up commuters at three stops.公共汽車在三個(gè)站載送通勤者。

to acquire casually or by accident:不經(jīng)意得到;隨便或偶然地獲得:Picked up a mink coat on sale.拍賣時(shí)隨手買了一件貂皮大衣。

to acquire (knowledge) by learning or experience:學(xué)得:通過學(xué)習(xí)或經(jīng)歷獲得(知識(shí)):

He picked up French very quickly.

他很快地學(xué)起法語來。

The plan fits us very nicely.

當(dāng)安排行程的時(shí)候你會(huì)說

2.The itinerary for your business trip to Guangzhou has been confirmed.

3.I have received confirmation of your transportation and hotels.

關(guān)于您的交通和住宿我已經(jīng)安排好了。

4.Please remember to get some traveler's checks.

請(qǐng)記住拿些旅行支票。

5.This is your phone number at the hotel.

這是您住宿旅館的聯(lián)絡(luò)電話。

6.I'll deal with it right now.

我馬上就去辦。

7.You can make some changes if it does not suit you.

如果您覺得不合適的話,可以做些變動(dòng)。

8.You are scheduled to meet Mr. White at ten in the morning.

上午10點(diǎn),您要與懷特先生會(huì)面。

9.You have a lunch appointment with Mr. White that day.

Is it necessary to make a plan?

要不要做個(gè)計(jì)劃?

一般說來,當(dāng)主語是比較復(fù)雜的成分(如不定式、動(dòng)名詞、從句等)時(shí),通常在句首使用形式主語it,而把真正的主語放在后面:

Is it necessary to tell his father everything?

有必要把這一切都告訴他父親嗎?

It is quite clear that he has read the book.

很顯然,他讀過這本書。

有時(shí)可在用作主語的不定式前加上介詞for/of短語:

It is very kind of you to say that.

你這樣說,真是太好了。

It is important for us to keep the balance of nature.

我們要保持生態(tài)平衡,這點(diǎn)很重要。

認(rèn)真匯報(bào)

A:I'm calling to tell you your trip to Beijing is all prepared.

我打電話是要告訴您,您去北京的行程準(zhǔn)備好了。

B:Please read it to me.

請(qǐng)念給我聽聽。

Would you like me to give you a report of your itinerary now?

我可以向您報(bào)告一下您的行程嗎?

I'd like to brief your arrangement.

我想向您簡(jiǎn)單匯報(bào)一下行程安排。

You're scheduled to meet Mr. White at 10:00 in the morning.

上午十點(diǎn),您要與懷特先生會(huì)面。

I'd like to brief your arrangement in the U.S..

我想向您簡(jiǎn)單匯報(bào)一下您在美國(guó)的行程安排。

詢問意見

A:What do you think of this arrangement?

您對(duì)這個(gè)安排有什么看法?

B:I'm quite satisfied with it.

If you have any problem, just let me know.

I am wondering whether you like it.

場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用

懷特先生下周要出差,瑪麗請(qǐng)朱迪為懷特先生安排一下活動(dòng)。朱迪在問清了所有細(xì)節(jié)后,馬上開始了自己的工作。

A:Hi, Judy. Could you do me a favor please?

B:OK. No problem.

A:As you know, Mr. White is going away on a mission next week. I would like you to work out the schedule of activities for him.

B:All right. Do you have the list of activities he will attend?

A:Let me see. Please remind him that the he must call Jill.

B:OK. I'll get started right away.

A:Thank you very much.

B:You're welcome.

A:你知道懷特先生下周要出差,我希望你能為他安排一下活動(dòng)的行程。

would like意為“想要”,其語氣比用like婉轉(zhuǎn)些。具體用法如下:

1.后面接名詞或代詞,表示“具體要”某樣?xùn)|西。例如:

I'd like two sweaters for my daughters.

我想給我的女兒們買兩件毛衣。

Would you like one of these moon cakes?

你想要一塊這樣的月餅嗎?

2.后面接動(dòng)詞不定式,表示“愿望,喜愛”,常用于有禮貌地提出邀請(qǐng)、請(qǐng)求或建議。例如:

I would like to drop maths.

我想放棄數(shù)學(xué)。

Would you like to come to supper?

愿意來吃晚飯嗎?

3.當(dāng)主語是第一人稱時(shí),would可與should換用,它們都可以縮寫為'd ,并且like也可換成love。例如:

I'm sure he would love to come.

我確信他愿意來。

I should like the red one.

(我想要紅色的。)

4.“ would like ”后面可以用動(dòng)詞不定式作賓語補(bǔ)足語。例如:

What would you like me to do?

你想要我干什么?

杜先生要去倫敦出差,他要求南希為她做一些必要的準(zhǔn)備。南希對(duì)杜先生的出行方式,出行時(shí)間等信息進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的詢問,以確保萬無一失。

A:Nancy, I am planning a trip to London. I'd like you to make the necessary arrangements for me.

B:No problem, sir. How would you like to go?

A:I'd like to go there via Hong Kong.

B:Would you like to go by first class or by economy class?

A:Economy class will be OK.

B:When do you plan to leave?

A:I expect to depart on next Thursday.

B:That's OK.

A:Please get all things ready and report back to me as soon as possible.

B:I see.

A:南希,我將去倫敦。請(qǐng)幫我做一些必要的準(zhǔn)備。

B:好的,先生。您想怎么樣去呢?

A:我想途經(jīng)香港去那兒。
