【摘要】書面表達(dá)在高考英語(yǔ)全國(guó)卷中分值為25分，僅一道題卻占總分近20%，是區(qū)分度最高的高考英語(yǔ)考題。由此可見，英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)能力的提高對(duì)高考英語(yǔ)成績(jī)起決定作用。

黨的十九大之后，教育改革及英語(yǔ)高考試題的重點(diǎn)放在了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng)上。英語(yǔ)的核心素養(yǎng)包括語(yǔ)言能力、文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力四個(gè)方面。

2018年高考英語(yǔ)大綱對(duì)書面表達(dá)的要求是：要求考生根據(jù)提示進(jìn)行書面表達(dá)?？忌鷳?yīng)能：1.清楚連貫地傳遞信息，表達(dá)意思；2.有效運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)， 其不僅考查考生對(duì)詞匯、語(yǔ)法、句型等的掌握能力，同時(shí)也測(cè)試考生的篇章組織能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力以及邏輯思維能力，屬于較高級(jí)的直接測(cè)試，具有較高的效度。然而，這一考題卻是大多數(shù)學(xué)生的失分最多的題，從而使得對(duì)這一考題的命題規(guī)律、對(duì)英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)能力的專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練方法和技巧的研究顯得尤為重要。

一、英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)命題規(guī)律

通過分析近三年高考英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)題材的分析研究，可以總結(jié)出以下命題規(guī)律：

1.書面表達(dá)試題均為書信/電子郵件體裁。試題圍繞文化品格和思維品質(zhì)素養(yǎng)，考查英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言書面表達(dá)能力。所選題材情景真實(shí)，貼近生活，具有中國(guó)文化特色和生活氣息，融入了我國(guó)的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化。因?yàn)榕c我們熟悉的傳統(tǒng)文化和日常生活相關(guān)，考生對(duì)這種作文會(huì)有一種親切感。因此，對(duì)考生來說，如果對(duì)相關(guān)題材進(jìn)行過必要的訓(xùn)練，就很容易進(jìn)入寫作狀態(tài)，容易發(fā)揮出正常的寫作水平。

2.高考英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)命題逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向外向思維?？v觀近三年高考英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)命題思路的變化，其可以清楚地感受到考題的話題更加豐富，命題思路逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向外向思維考查，這體現(xiàn)了弘揚(yáng)中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、引導(dǎo)考生建立民族自信心的外向思維。這些話題的設(shè)置旨在說明，學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)不僅是為了了解外面的世界，拓寬視野，更是為了展示我國(guó)的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的成就，讓中國(guó)走向世界，讓世界愛上中國(guó)！

二、高考英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)的訓(xùn)練方法及技巧

下面以云南省個(gè)舊三中2018屆高三學(xué)生高考英語(yǔ)書面專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練為例，從試題分析、寫作策略、常用句式、訓(xùn)練方法和步驟幾個(gè)方面來展示高考英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)的訓(xùn)練方法及技巧。

1. 2016全國(guó)III卷書面表達(dá)題。假定你是李華，與留學(xué)生朋友Bob約好一起去書店，因故不能赴約。請(qǐng)給他寫封郵件，內(nèi)容包括：

（1）表示歉意； （2）說明原因；（ 3）另約時(shí)間。

注意：（1）詞數(shù)100左右；（2）可以適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫。

主要方法及步驟（主要采取A、B兩種方法進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練）

方法A：

（1）道歉信的寫法。
