Pollution has a negative effect on innovation in China. It is concern about the environment rather than pay that affects their decisions.

環(huán)境污染和霧霾天氣不利于中國(guó)吸引和留住創(chuàng)新人才。環(huán)境污染的加劇，霧霾時(shí)間的增多，使得很多國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)秀的人才想去美國(guó)發(fā)展，從美國(guó)吸引人才回來(lái)的難度也在加大。工資待遇現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)不是影響人才決定去留的主要原因，而對(duì)環(huán)境污染的擔(dān)心才是。

It took me about six months to have one of my products approved by authorities. And I had to find connections to get this done. The examination and approval system is not good for company innovation.

People shouldn't make a fuss about the problems involving tourists from the Chinese mainland who have helped to boost Hong Kong's economy and directly or indirectly created 800,000 jobs. We need to actively and steadily solve such problems by taking both short-term and long-term influence into consideration.

對(duì)于目前“個(gè)人游”項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題無(wú)需大驚小怪，“個(gè)人游”促進(jìn)了香港經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，香港直接或間接解決就業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)80萬(wàn)人。要積極穩(wěn)妥地處理好相關(guān)問(wèn)題，但在具體處理過(guò)程中，不能只考慮近期的問(wèn)題，也要考慮中長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展。
