住建部部長(zhǎng)出席記者會(huì) 談我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)

China's property market will continue to experiencesteady and healthy development thanks to soundeconomic fundamentals and enormous housingdemand, an official said Tuesday.

一名政府官員周二表示，由于健全的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和巨大的住房需求，我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)將繼續(xù)保持穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展。

"I am confident in the development of the sector,"Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural DevelopmentChen Zhenggao told a press conference on thesidelines of the annual parliamentary session. Hecited several favorable factors including stableeconomic growth, the rapid pace of urbanization and huge demand from the urbanpopulation.

住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部部長(zhǎng)陳政高在人大記者會(huì)上表說(shuō)道：“我對(duì)該行業(yè)的發(fā)展充滿信心。”他認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加速是我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的有利要素。

China's property market has shown signs of warming since the middle of last year, reversingthe 2014 downturn, but new problems are emerging, including soaring prices in metropolisesand an inventory backlog in medium and small-sized cities.

我國(guó)樓市自去年年中開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)回暖跡象，一舉扭轉(zhuǎn)了2014年的不景氣形勢(shì)，但同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了特大城市房?jī)r(jià)上漲和中小城市庫(kù)存嚴(yán)重等新問(wèn)題。

There were 739 million square meters of unsold homes by the end of February this year, up15.7 percent year on year.

截至今年2月底，全國(guó)房地產(chǎn)庫(kù)存達(dá)到了7.39億平方米，同比上漲15.7%。

To address the issue, policymakers identified the reduction of housing inventory as one ofthe top priorities for this year, and announced a slew of measures, such as reduced levies andlower deposits.

為了解決這一問(wèn)題，政策制定者們已將去庫(kù)存定為今年主要工作目標(biāo)之一，宣布了包括減稅和降費(fèi)在內(nèi)的一系列舉措。

Responding to a question on home purchases by migrant workers, Chen said favorablemeasures would be rolled out to help them buy homes, find jobs and settle down in cities.

此外，針對(duì)農(nóng)民工購(gòu)房問(wèn)題他也做出了回答。陳政高表示，政府將推出優(yōu)惠措施，以幫助農(nóng)民工購(gòu)買(mǎi)住房、找到工作并在城市中定居下來(lái)。

Agricultural Bank of China issued loans worth 17 billion yuan (around 2.5 billion U.S. dollars) inJanuary to home-buying migrant workers, Chen said.

陳政高還表示，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行一月為購(gòu)房農(nóng)民工發(fā)放的貸款達(dá)到了170億元(約合25億美元)。
