機(jī)動(dòng)車報(bào)廢新規(guī)公布 6月1日期施行

The circular, targeting vehicles that should be scrapped according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, is aimed at protecting the environment, boosting development of the recycling economy, and ensuring safe transportation.

該辦法主要針對(duì)依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)道路交通安全法》規(guī)定應(yīng)該報(bào)廢的車輛，旨在保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境，推動(dòng)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，保障道路交通安全。

這里的“報(bào)廢機(jī)動(dòng)車(scrap vehicles)”不但包含汽車，還包含上路行駛的掛車(trailers)、摩托車(motorcycles)和輪式專用機(jī)械車(wheeled machinery for special purposes)。
