2021年12月中國倉儲(chǔ)指數(shù)51.6%

China's warehouse storage sector reported expansion for the fifth consecutive month in December, industry data showed.

行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，12月中國倉儲(chǔ)行業(yè)連續(xù)第五個(gè)月保持在擴(kuò)張區(qū)間。

The index tracking the sector's development stood at 51.6% last month, down 2.5 percentage points from November, according to a survey jointly released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and CMST Development Co. A reading above 50% indicates expansion, while below 50% reflects contraction.
中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會(huì)與中儲(chǔ)發(fā)展股份有限公司聯(lián)合調(diào)查的中國倉儲(chǔ)指數(shù)顯示，2021年12月份中國倉儲(chǔ)指數(shù)為51.6%，雖較上月下降2.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，但仍位于50%以上的擴(kuò)張區(qū)間內(nèi)。

Storage prices continued to rise, with the sub-index for fees at 52.9% in December, up 1.8 percentage points from the previous month.

Wang Yong, an executive assistant at CMST Development, said the December reading showed rising demand for storage services.
中儲(chǔ)發(fā)展股份有限公司總裁助理王勇認(rèn)為，12月指數(shù)反映出倉儲(chǔ)行業(yè)需求上升。

Sales of consumer goods rose on holiday sentiments and e-commerce promotions, while storage for commodities is also sought after over winter, Wang said.
消費(fèi)品受節(jié)日因素和電商活動(dòng)提振，業(yè)務(wù)需求較為旺盛；部分大宗商品受冬儲(chǔ)需求增強(qiáng)影響，整體庫存水平繼續(xù)提高。
