The quality and quantity of Chinese intellectual property continued to rise in 2021, with 696,000 invention patents authorized throughout the year, a senior official said. China's intellectual property industry has developed rapidly over the past five years. Shen Changyu, head of the National Intellectual Property Administration, said at a news conference on Sunday that last year, the number of authorized invention patents reached 2.53 million, an average annual growth rate of 13.4 percent over the past five years. The number of registered trademarks hit 27.7 million, an average annual growth rate of 29 percent over the same period.
4月24日舉行的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上,國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局局長(zhǎng)申長(zhǎng)雨介紹,過去五年里我國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,五年來累計(jì)授權(quán)發(fā)明專利約253萬件,年均增長(zhǎng)13.4%;累計(jì)注冊(cè)商標(biāo)約2770萬件,年均增長(zhǎng)29%。2021年,我國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造量質(zhì)齊升。全年共授權(quán)發(fā)明專利69.6萬件。
The number of high-value invention patents reached 7.5 per 10,000 people in 2021, up from 6.3 in 2020.
截至2021年底,國(guó)內(nèi)(不含港澳臺(tái))每萬人口高價(jià)值發(fā)明專利擁有量達(dá)到7.5件,較上年提高1.2件。
