“我太難了”一般不用I'm so difficult./I'm so hard.來表達，而是用My life is so hard/difficult.

此外，雖然hard和difficult都可以表示“困難的、艱難的”，但它倆也是有區(qū)別的。

hard：習慣用來指體力和精神方面所感受到的困難與艱苦，程度沒有difficult深，但語氣比difficult強，多用于口語。
