To Whom It May Concern,
I recently bought a novel from your bookstore. I like the book but the shopping experience is quite annoying.
I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your bookstore. I asked a salesclerk where to find the novel. But he kept chatting with his colleague and ignored me completely. I finally found the book myself and wondered whether I was allowed to remove the plastic cover to look inside the book. But the salesclerk was so rude to me that I almost decided not to buy the book.
As a regular customer, I sincerely hope your bookstore could take my complaint seriously and make every effortto improve your service. Thanks for your time. I look forward to your reply soon.
