我畫一些關(guān)于我心理健康的極簡主義漫畫來幫助人們減少孤獨(dú)感
I've been making and posting comics about my mental health struggles for a few years now. Anxiety, depression and some other things. But they have always been three-panel, text-post strips without visuals. I've just never been able to draw.
幾年來,我一直在制作和張貼關(guān)于我心理健康問題的漫畫。焦慮,抑郁和其他一些事情。但它們一直都是沒有視覺效果的三面板、文本-發(fā)布條帶。我只是從來不會畫畫。
A few months ago, however, I started drawing anyway, just pen on paper, and have since made daily comics about everything from indecisiveness to issues with body-image. Other topics include: perfectionism, insomnia, paranoia, on and on.
然而,幾個(gè)月前,我還是開始畫畫了,只是用筆在紙上畫畫,從猶豫不決到身體形象問題,我每天都畫漫畫。其他主題包括:完美主義、失眠、偏執(zhí)等等。
I post a lot on Instagram, and people have really responded. It's been so nice. I'm filled with gratitude. I hope I can keep making things that resonate with people and that help them feel less alone.
我在Instagram上發(fā)了很多帖子,人們都做出了回應(yīng)。太好了。我充滿了感激之情。我希望我能繼續(xù)做一些能引起人們共鳴的事情,讓他們感覺不那么孤獨(dú)。
