B: Now if you're interested, we do offer some other possibilities to do with general maintenance. And at the end of it they have a test, if they pass that, we take them on. But we monitor them very carefully, we ask all our clients to complete

a review of their performance after every visit and to email it to us, so we can pick up any problems straight away and deal with them.
