One month later, Pacino’s rep revealed that the duo had welcomed a baby boy. “Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son named Roman Pacino,” the spokesperson confirmed to Us in June 2023.

Prior to sparking romance rumors with Alfallah in April 2022 while stepping out together at a Los Angeles restaurant, Pacino was linked to numerous actresses over his decades in the film industry, including ex-girlfriend Meital Dohan, whom he dated from 2018 to 2020.
