Victor：Nancy今天我們回到travel的話題。

Nancy：I’ve got jetlag.

Victor：jetlag是什么意思呢，Nancy?

Nancy：Jetlag is when you fly to different time zones， Victor.

Victor：就是你從一個地方飛到另外一個地方，感受時差的不同。

Nancy：So even though it’s night where you came from， it might be morning where you’re going.

Victor：日夜更迭，那種感覺一定很不爽哦。

Nancy：So this will mess up your sleep， and make you very tired.

Victor：當(dāng)然，常見兩種癥狀就是感覺睡眠不足，very tired。

Nancy：You can also say， “I’m jetlagged.”

Victor：另一種方式就是，I’m jetlagged。

Nancy：So， I’ve got jetlag.

Victor：I’ve got jetlag.
