瓊瑤訴于正“抄襲”

　　繼4月15日，瓊瑤向廣電總局舉報于正抄襲其作品《梅花烙》后，28日下午，她再度發(fā)出媒體聲明函，宣布已經(jīng)正式委托專業(yè)律師控告《宮鎖連城》侵權(quán)方，將正式啟動法律程序追究侵權(quán)方的法律責任。

　　臺灣著名言情小說作家瓊瑤周一表示，對于大陸編劇于正抄襲其作品的行為已啟動法律程序追究責任。

　　凡是跟侵權(quán)以及學術(shù)不端行為(academic misconduct)相關(guān)的“抄襲”在英文中一律用plagiarism表示，其動詞形式為plagiarize，如，plagiarize other’s work(剽竊、抄襲他人的作品)。個人履歷中的“學歷造假”則可用fabricate academic credential來表示。

　　說到抄襲，我們自然會想到近幾年熱議的“山寨”，市場上賣的“山寨名牌”可以用knockoff或者copycat表示，比如，that so-called new product was just a copycat of their rival’s latest product(那個所謂的新產(chǎn)品只不過是山寨了對手的新品而已)。
