中國設首個世行“信托基金”

World Bank Group (WBG) and China signed an agreement here on July 16 to set up a trust fund to help reduce poverty.

7月16日，世界銀行與中國就設立信托基金助力減少貧困簽署協(xié)議。

“信托基金”(trust fund)也叫投資基金，是一種“利益共享、風險共擔”的集合投資方式。這里trust指信托，如信托財產(trust property)、公益信托(charitable trust)。

據(jù)悉，該信托基金預計今年下半年啟動，旨在加強中國與世界銀行集團的合作，撬動資金和知識資源(leverage financial and knowledge-based resources)來幫助發(fā)展中國家實現(xiàn)包容性和可持續(xù)發(fā)展(achieve inclusive and sustainable development)。信托基金將為全球和地區(qū)層面(at the global and regional levels)的投資項目(investment projects)、業(yè)務、知識開發(fā)(knowledge development)和人力資源合作( human-resources cooperation)提供資助。

目前，中國已是世行的第三大股東國，也是國際開發(fā)協(xié)會(International Development Association，IDA)和全球基礎設施基金的重要捐助國之一。
