做錯了事要來個“批評風暴”

Brainstorming(頭腦風暴)這個詞似乎越來越流行。學生做作業(yè)要用到，員工做項目更要用到，甚至工作中出了差錯要找出罪魁禍首的時候也要用到，只不過這個時候brain變身成了blame。既然沒有人愿意承認是自己的錯，那咱們就集體開會找出認錯的人吧。

Blamestorming is a method of collectively finding one to blame for a mistake no one is willing to confess to. Often occurs in the form of a meeting of colleagues at work, gathered to decide who is to blame for a screw up.

Blamestorming(批評風暴)是針對某個沒人愿意承認的錯誤，將眾人集中起來找出責任人的一種方式。Blamestorming一般以會議的形式將一起工作的同事聚集起來，然后共同決定誰該是批評的對象。

This word is a derivative from brainstorming, which is a group creativity technique where efforts are made to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members.

這個詞是由brainstorming衍生而來，brainstorming是一種集體創(chuàng)意方式，一個團隊的人集中在一起就某一個具體問題的解決方式提出各自的想法，即“頭腦風暴”。
