【知識點】

國家科學技術(shù)獎每年評審一次，根據(jù)最新發(fā)布的《關(guān)于深化科技獎勵制度改革的方案》，規(guī)定“國家三大獎”每年授獎總數(shù)不超過300項。國家科學技術(shù)獎包括：國家自然科學獎、國家技術(shù)發(fā)明獎、國家科技進步獎，即大家常說的“國家三大獎”，還有授予外籍科學家或外國組織的中華人民共和國國際科學技術(shù)合作獎和分量最重的國家最高科學技術(shù)獎。國家最高科學技術(shù)獎是為表彰在基礎(chǔ)科學研究領(lǐng)域取得重大突破、帶來深遠影響的科學工作者，以及創(chuàng)造了巨大經(jīng)濟效益、促進了社會進步的杰出科學家而設(shè)立的。
