中共中央政治局10月16日就量子科技研究和應(yīng)用前景舉行集體學(xué)習(xí)。中共中央總書記習(xí)近平在主持學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要充分認(rèn)識推動量子科技發(fā)展的重要性和緊迫性，加強(qiáng)量子科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略謀劃和系統(tǒng)布局，把握大趨勢，下好先手棋。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has stressed the importance and urgency of advancing the development of quantum science and technology. Xi made the remarks while presiding over a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held on Oct 16. Xi also stressed the importance of strengthening strategic planning and systematic layout for the development of quantum science and technology, as well as grasping the general trend and playing good first moves.

量子力學(xué)是人類探究微觀世界的重大成果。量子科技發(fā)展具有重大科學(xué)意義和戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值，是一項(xiàng)對傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)體系產(chǎn)生沖擊、進(jìn)行重構(gòu)的重大顛覆性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，將引領(lǐng)新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革方向。我國科技工作者在量子科技上奮起直追，取得一批具有國際影響力的重大創(chuàng)新成果。

2016年8月，中國發(fā)射了自主研制的世界上首顆空間量子科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)衛(wèi)星“墨子號”;此后，中國科研人員利用量子衛(wèi)星在國際上率先成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了千公里級的星地雙向量子糾纏分發(fā)等成果。2017年，全球首條量子保密通信骨干網(wǎng)“京滬干線”項(xiàng)目通過總技術(shù)驗(yàn)收。

總體上看，我國已經(jīng)具備了在量子科技領(lǐng)域的科技實(shí)力和創(chuàng)新能力。同時(shí)，也要看到，我國量子科技發(fā)展存在不少短板，發(fā)展面臨多重挑戰(zhàn)。我們必須堅(jiān)定不移走自主創(chuàng)新道路，堅(jiān)定信心、埋頭苦干，突破關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)，努力在關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)自主可控，保障產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈安全，增強(qiáng)我國科技應(yīng)對國際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)的能力。
