Country superstar Blake Shelton might have made a name for himself as a coach on NBC's hit series, The Voice, but he's got another title now: 2017's Sexiest Man Alive!

在熱播NBC出品的《美國(guó)之聲》系列節(jié)目中，鄉(xiāng)村明星歌手Blake Shelton被稱作導(dǎo)師，但是，現(xiàn)在他又得到了另外一個(gè)稱號(hào)“2017全球最性感的男人”。

So what went through his mind when he first heard the news? “That y'all must be running out of people,” he tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. “Like, Wow, we're down to somebody who is somewhat symmetrical.”

當(dāng)他第一次聽(tīng)到這個(gè)消息的時(shí)候，他腦子里面在想什么呢?這周，他在向《People》雜志講述封面故事的時(shí)候說(shuō)：“肯定是沒(méi)有人可以選了吧，哇哦，看來(lái)你們要找的人，身材差不多勻稱就行了。”

Shelton does try to stay in shape by exercising on the treadmill and eating as healthy as possible, though all bets are off when he's home in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

Even with his weakness over food (he calls his love for chips and dips “a problem”), Shelton says his new title is “like a confirmation” that he'll enjoy for the rest of his life.

“When [people] would say to Adam, ‘Mr. Sexy,’ you'd always see him go, ‘Well, awwww…’ If you say that to me, it's going to be, ‘You're damn right, I'm Mr. Sexy! I've been ugly my whole life, if I can be sexy for a year, I'm taking it. I'm taking it.”
