bring sb. to account
因此,對(duì)話中的“The teacher will bring you to account.”
e.g. Jack was brought to account for the missing cash.
e.g. He has been brought to account for his conduct.
Get prepared so that you can set off immediately if something happens.
We will arrive at the berth in half an hour. Please tell the crew to get prepared.
