第21單元 突破困境
Jordan was the youngest triathlete to ever competeat a professional level. he began running at the early age of 5 and never stopped. He also loved to swim, so every summer he stayed with his uncle and swam in his pool. Jordan became very good at swimming.
喬登是三項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)專業(yè)級(jí)競賽中最年輕的選手。他五歲就開始跑步，至今從未停過;他也很愛游泳，因此每年夏天都會(huì)去叔叔家的游泳池游泳，也變得非常會(huì)游泳。
when he was just fourteen, he came in first at a jonior triathlon. By eighteen, he was competing all around the world. When Jordan turned 21, his doctor told him some devastating news. Jordan had cancer.
他早在十四歲就贏得三項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員青少年競賽第一名，十八歲已經(jīng)與世界各地好手比賽。二十一歲那年，醫(yī)生告訴喬登一個(gè)震驚的消息，他得了癌癥。
He battled the disease for almost two two years before he was better. He had beat cancer, but he lost a lot of his strength. With the help of his family and friends, Jordan regained his strength. He went on a special diet and began an intensive exercise program to help him develop his muscles.
他花了將近兩年對(duì)抗疾病才有所好轉(zhuǎn)，他戰(zhàn)勝了癌癥，卻也失去了許多力氣。在親朋好友的協(xié)助下，他漸漸恢復(fù)力氣。他進(jìn)行特殊的食療，并展開密集的練習(xí)課程，以幫助他鍛煉肌肉。
At the age of twenty-five, Jordan was competing again. All of jordan's hard work anddetermination paid off at the age of twenty-six when he won the Tour de France.
當(dāng)他二十五歲時(shí)，他再度出塞。一切努力與決心在二十六歲那年獲得回報(bào)，他贏得了“環(huán)法賽”冠軍。
