你要泰然處之。

take it in stride 字面意思是：“大步走”，我們可以想象在危機(jī)或困難面前，一個(gè)人還能大步流星、從容不迫，沒(méi)有方寸大亂。這個(gè)詞組原本表示“輕而易舉做某事”，冷靜處理某事”的意思，引申為“從容應(yīng)付，泰然處之”。因此，當(dāng)美國(guó)人說(shuō)"Take it in stride."時(shí)，他/她要表達(dá)的意思就是:"Take it easy."、"Don't take ittoo serious."、"Just calm down and don't get anxious."。
