"This will teach Mom," said Dexter.
“這是給媽媽的一個(gè)教訓(xùn)，” 德克斯特說。
But soon they were very hungry.
但不一會(huì)兒他們就感到了饑餓。
"Whose idea was this anyway?" said Fox.
“這到底是誰出的鬼主意?” 小狐說。
"Guess!" said his friends.
“你猜!” 他的朋友們答道。
After school they ran to look for their sandwiches.

On the other side of the wall they met a poor old cat.
在圍墻的另一邊他們遇到了一直貧窮的老貓。
"I'm so happy," said the old cat. "A nice lunch fell from the sky!"
“我太開心了，” 老貓說，“一頓美餐從天而降。”
"Three tuna sandwiches?" said Fox.
“是三個(gè)金槍魚三明治嗎?” 小狐問。
"Gosh," said the old cat. "Kids are really smart these days."
“天啊，” 老貓說，“現(xiàn)在的孩子可真聰明。”
