I've been thoroughly spoilt with this wonderful picnicfood,

but interesting, different picnic food from all over the world,so it's just a stunner.

This delicious thing which you can smell is just gorgeous, and Roz,who is here,is going to tell usall about it.

Well, it's a traditional South African chicken curry and it's been handed down from mymum,Rhoda,

這是南非傳統(tǒng)的咖喱雞 我媽媽傳下來(lái)的

and she's taught me how to cook from the time I was a little girl, and this is the first thing Iactually cooked for her.

從我小時(shí)候她就教我怎么做 這也是我為她做的第一道菜

And would you have this cold on a picnic?

Yes, we used to go to the beach,and this was an ideal sort of meal for us, because there'squite...quite a few in the family, so it was much easier for Mum.

Because we think of delicious things that we have, sausage rolls,Scotch eggs and all that, butwhy not take a curry or a stew and heat it up and have a fire?

Well, we've got some lovely, very sweet, coffee kisses from Leone. Where's Leone gone? Tell usabout these delicious coffee kisses before they all get stolen.

Well, coffee kisses were something that we had at what we call proper tea, which was Sunday,

是我們星期天喝下午茶時(shí)候吃的，

which was sandwiches, cheese scones, pickles, pickled onions and always got finished off withsomething sweet,

包括三明治，奶酪烤餅，腌黃瓜，腌洋蔥，然后用甜點(diǎn)結(jié)尾，

which was either fruit cake or the coffee kisses came out.

水果蛋糕，或者是咖啡甜餅干，

And it was my grandma that sort of started the tradition, and I know that all my aunts makethem, and my mum makes them,

although they come out slightly differently. My mum's are more cakey than mine,which aremore biscuity,and I've carried on,

and my children are hoping that there will be some left for me to take home today.

It's Mummy's tiffin and it's a recipe that I made when I was a little girl at my mum's knee,

and we had a big family, I had seven brothers and sisters, and it was a brilliant thing to makefor picnics,

我們家人很多，我有七個(gè)兄弟姐妹，當(dāng)作野餐非常棒，

because we could stand there and all have a bash with a rolling pin,because it's got brokenbiscuits in it.

My recipe, I've now written out for my daughter, so we make it together.
