實(shí)戰(zhàn)口語(yǔ)情景對(duì)話：Running 跑步

I'm going to talk for a few minutes about running because running is something that I really love and also really hate. It's funny how you can love something and hate something at the same time.

我要用幾分鐘談?wù)勁懿?，因?yàn)榕懿绞俏艺娴暮芟矚g，也很討厭的事情。既愛(ài)又恨某件事其實(shí)很有意思。

I like to go running in the park, particularly after a long day at work when you've been inside for the whole day it's really nice to go outside in the fresh air and get some exercise, and after the run is finished you feel so good: You feel really good about yourself and you know that you've done something worthwhile and something which is healthy too. Sometimes I like to go to the gym and I like to run on the treadmill, but I think it's easier to run on the treadmill than it is to run outside on the concrete or on the grass.

我喜歡在公園里跑步，尤其是在一整天的工作結(jié)果之后，在室內(nèi)待了一整天以后，去室外呼吸一下新鮮空氣、做些運(yùn)動(dòng)真的很不錯(cuò)，跑步之后你會(huì)感覺(jué)很好：你會(huì)感覺(jué)很舒服，你知道你做了值得去做的事情，而且這件事情還很健康。有時(shí)我喜歡去健身房跑步，我喜歡在跑步機(jī)上跑步，我認(rèn)為在跑步機(jī)上跑步要比在水泥地或者草地上跑步容易。
