如何正確使用Interesting?

#1.Interesting形容人

Interesting形容人并不是簡單的褒義或者貶義，

而多指與眾不同、經(jīng)歷豐富的人。

He is a very interesting person.

He is an interesting character.

如果是褒義詞，interesting往往指一個人有豐富的人生經(jīng)歷、經(jīng)驗。

Positive: Interesting life experiences.

如果是貶義詞，interesting往往指一個人比較奇怪。

Negative: something is off with the person.

He has very interesting tastes. 他的品味、喜好很奇怪。

常見錯誤：

Interesting不代表好玩、幽默?

如果想形容一個人很幽默，最好直接用：

fun person: 很會玩，在一起會很好玩的人

funny person: 很幽默的人

Interesting形容事，這件事往往是:

Makes you think 讓你思考，不是簡單的有意思、有娛樂性

Interesting: 有意思的，有意義的，含義比fun要豐富

Fun: 好玩

怎么用?

1) How was the party?

It was interesting. 聚會上你見了很多有意思的人，聊過有意思的話題，讓你有所得。

It was fun. 吃好、喝好、玩好的聚會。

2) How was the movie/book?

An interesting movie/book. 有意思、有意義的電影或者書籍。

An interesting read. 很有意義的書。

A fun movie/book. 好玩的電影或者書籍。
