集思廣益　Team Brainstorming

集思廣益能催生大量未經(jīng)深加工（unedited）的想法。這個(gè)過(guò)程追求的是創(chuàng)造力。在尋求創(chuàng)造性解決方案和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)（innovate）的過(guò)程中，可以把完美主義的態(tài)度暫時(shí)放一邊。探討在先，組織完善（organize and perfect）在后。

批評(píng)，即便是出自善意也會(huì)將創(chuàng)意思維扼殺在搖籃中（Criticism, even well-meant, kills creativity）。在集思廣益討論會(huì)（brainstorming session）期間，不允許有任何形式的批評(píng)存在，“深加工”的過(guò)程可以放在會(huì)后。無(wú)論什么想法，即便是有些怪異（weird），都應(yīng)該“來(lái)者不拒”。不必在意任何的拼寫(xiě)、發(fā)音或語(yǔ)法的錯(cuò)誤?！澳鞘莻€(gè)很蠢的主意”這種話千萬(wàn)不能說(shuō)。會(huì)后找時(shí)機(jī)再討論這些想法的價(jià)值。

A：What if we solved this problem by offering employee incentives?

B：I don't think that would work. It'd be too difficult to administer.

記錄下的想法越多越好。集思廣益討論會(huì)的目的在于在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)形成（generate）盡可能多的主意。為了提高記錄的完整性，可以使用些縮寫(xiě)語(yǔ)（abbreviations）?？傊?，要積極促成思想的自由跳躍。
