赫立克（Robert Herrick，1591-1674），英國(guó)十七世紀(jì)一位有影響的詩(shī)人。他推崇本·瓊生，詩(shī)歌受到古典詩(shī)人的影響。1648年他出版了唯一的詩(shī)集《金蘋果園》，詩(shī)集后附有一批宗教詩(shī)歌《圣詩(shī)》，共有400多首。這些詩(shī)作大多活潑迷人，有著精美的藝術(shù)性和裝飾風(fēng)格。詩(shī)歌主題豐富，內(nèi)容多樣，如描寫鄉(xiāng)村節(jié)日，慶賀豐收，表達(dá)對(duì)美好快樂(lè)的生活的向往等等。《給少女們的忠告》是他廣為流傳的一首詩(shī)，講青春易逝，時(shí)光難再，應(yīng)及時(shí)享受人生。
