北京地鐵內(nèi)將禁止“乞討賣藝”

　　According to the draft, passengers must undergo a security check before taking the trains or they will be refused entry. In addition, begging and performing for money on the platform or in the trains are forbidden.

　　根據(jù)草案，乘客在上車前必須接受安全檢查，否則將不讓進站。另外，還將禁止在站臺或車廂內(nèi)乞討賣藝。

　　本次草案明確禁止了一系列不文明行為和影響疏散的行為，包括在站臺和車廂內(nèi)begging and performing for money(乞討賣藝)，在escalators(電梯)、passenger conveyors(自動人行道)、passageways(過道)和carriages(車廂)吃東西，distributing leaflets(派發(fā)廣告單)，以及在列車里smoking, spitting, urinating and defecating(抽煙、吐痰、大小便)等不文明行為。

　　無視警告的人將被處以50元到500元的罰款，那些非法通過ticket-checking machines(檢票機)的人將面臨50元到1000元的罰款。
