你是“暫停的一代”嗎？

　　這兩天微博和朋友圈都在瘋傳幾張圖表，上面列出了1980年以后出生的人在不同的年齡階段應有的存款數(shù)量，以及應該經(jīng)歷的人生階段，比如，戀愛，結婚，懷孕等。但事實上，隨著社會的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)意義上某個年齡段應該做的事情，可能現(xiàn)代社會的年輕人都沒有在做。有些是因為經(jīng)濟原因，有些則是個人選擇了不同的生活方式。

　　Generation pause refers to young adults who are not able to do things previously typical for their age group such as buy a home, start a family and have kids because they are short of money.

　　“暫停的一代”指到了一定年紀，卻因為沒有錢而無法像前輩人那樣買房、結婚生子的年輕人群體。

　　-One in five are postponing their marriage plans for more than two years

　　-One in 10 say they could never afford to marry

　　十分之一表示他們可能永遠都結不起婚

　　Of those aged 35 to 44 years old..

　　-One in seven had or would put off starting a family for at least four years

　　-One in four delayed starting a family for two years because of lack of savings

　　-One in 12 think they’ll never be able to afford children

　　35到44歲的年輕人當中：

　　-七分之一已經(jīng)或者打算將成家的時間推遲至少4年

　　-四分之一曾經(jīng)因為存的錢不夠而推遲兩年結婚

　　-十二分之一認為他們可能永遠都養(yǎng)不起孩子

　　A new study released last week revealed a quarter of Brits believe they’ll never own a property, leading them to be dubbed ‘generation pause’ – an entire generation trapped in a kidult lifestyle not being able to afford to do the ‘grown-up’ stuff, like buying property, getting married and having kids.

　　上周發(fā)布的一項新研究顯示，有四分之一的英國人認為自己永遠也不會擁有自己的房子了。這一代被稱為“暫停的一代”，整個群體停滯在“長不大的成年人”階段，也沒有能力做一些“大人們”的事情，像是買房，結婚和生子。
